At Metrovibe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent return & refund process.
We accept returns only if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
You raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Innerwear
Socks
Certain accessories
Clearance or final sale items, unless damaged or wrongly delivered
Open the Metrovibe App or visit our website
Go to My Orders
Select the item and tap Return
Provide the reason and upload clear images (if required)
Our team will review and approve your request
A pickup will be arranged if approved
Ensure the product is securely packed with original tags and invoice
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer (we’ll request details)
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item:
Return the current item
Place a new order for the item you want
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product).
