At Metrovibe, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, timelines, charges, and related terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, local restrictions).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional COD handling fee.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before confirming your order.

  • Metrovibe will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.


6. Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping and COD charges (if applicable).


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
