- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, local restrictions).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders at no extra charge.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
- You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before confirming your order.
- Metrovibe will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
