Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
We partner with reliable courier services like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees to ensure timely delivery.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, local restrictions).
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional COD handling fee.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

Metrovibe will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
The order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping and COD charges (if applicable).
